OUR  VOW TO YOU:
 

  • Day-of + Rehearsal Coordination 
     

  • Free Initial consultation
     

  • Create wedding day timeline
     

  • 1 planning session approximately 8 weeks before the event
     

  • 1 required in-person meeting (final venue walkthrough and detail check
    around 30 days before).
     

  • Confirm all vendors 1 month before your wedding date
     

  • Send out the final wedding timeline to all vendors, 2 weeks prior to wedding date
     

  • Styling and setup of all clients provided decor and special touches
     

  • Oversight of breakdown and end-of-night wrap-up
     

  • 1 day of assistant​

  • Main POC for all vendors
     

  • Complete design concept development and execution (color palettes, rentals, florals, lighting, signage, etc.)
     

  • Budget Management
     

  • Vendor Contract Reviews 
     

  • Attendance at all key vendor meetings (catering tastings, floral mock-ups, design walkthroughs, etc.)
     

  • Assist Bride & Groom + wedding party with all attire selection.
     

  • Management of all vendor bookings, contracts, and payment schedules
     

  • Help with paper goods + signage sections that stays within the overall wedding theme (welcome sign, invites, escort cards, etc.)
